I blogged for Dice this week at HR Executive’s HR Technology Conference from Chicago. A lot of the conference about big data this year.  Big data isn’t about data. We’re over that now. It’s about how the heck you do something with it. It’s about bringing data to life – making it jump from the page where it has for so many years sat there and just stared back at us. If you can’t draw conclusions, connect dots, or tell a story from the data you’re giving, that data is dead.
